Greatly enjoyed wonderful and absolutely superb breakfasts.

Overall had real good stay during our visit. We had reasonably priced room with a view of the st lawrence.

The room was well furnished and the views of the bay and architecture were great. Beautiful location on a hill overlooking the St Lawrence River was a plus. The breakfast was enjoyable and fantastic, the check in was efficient.

I'd give it more than 5 stars, everything was really good. The hotel had an efficient business position close enough to the pretty pier and harbour and the station for the Charlevoix tourist train, the St-Lawrence river and the mountain. I ate at the à la carte restaurant near the venue. The staff were very nice helpful and caring. The service here was good.

Enjoyable and adequate breakfast and plenty of goodies. Very hospitable staff members with several front desk managers and staff members about this.

An iron/ironing board, coffee and tea making facilities, and a work desk inside the queen room were handy. I appreciated both wake-up service and extremely comfy bed. The location was marvellous, for example, Charlevoix Museum was not too far from the hotel. The staff were polite!

The place was magnificent and restaurant was great. The staff were courteous and the setting was marvellous. This hotel was located in a great area. We loved the breakfast.

The hotel was in a marvellous location really close to the 2018 G7 summit. The staff were nice, provided top-notch services.

I recently stayed at Fairmont in La Malbaie for a weekend getaway. The lifeguards were cool and helpful, and the multiplex facilities, including the pool, sauna, and hot tub, were fabulous. The golf course, although challenging due to the hilly terrain, offered stunning views. The hotel room was comfortable, with a great river view and a Nespresso coffee machine. The guided tour, which included a visit to the kitchen, was a must-see and the swimming pool provided a great experience. The location was incredible, and we even spotted whales from the hotel's terrace!

Excellent Location and Serene Atmosphere

We recently stayed at a hotel with a rich history and a stunning setting. The facility was spectacular and offered breathtaking views of the river. Our spacious room was tastefully furnished and had all the amenities we needed. The dinner buffet was exceptional, and the staff were friendly and efficient. The pool area was well-maintained and provided a great place to relax. The hotel also offers a range of activities, from mini golf to fishing, making it perfect for families. Despite a few minor drawbacks, overall we had a delightful stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it for a serene and memorable experience.

Amazing place with free Wi-Fi and gastronomic restaurant. Incredible staff, free wake up calls and ironing available. Very impressed with fairmont queen room. The pool area was great too. Appetising and fabulous food, good service.
